5 New Products + First Impressions from Revolution Beauty!

Hi Friends!

I’m excited to share some new products from Revolution Beauty with you! The team over at Revolution Beuaty sent over a few sample products for me to try out with you guys and I decided to make a video as well!

Recently I talked about a lot of the new Makeup Revolution products that hit the market and how I so badly wanted to try them out. Shortly after creating that post Makeup Revolution dropped their new Conceal and Hydrate foundation and concealer line and I was allllll for it!

Revolution Beauty

The first product I tried out was this Revolution Pro Hydrating Primer Serum. This serum can be used as a primer to help hydrate your skin and ultimately leave your skin shine free and matte. I liked how this primer serum blended in like a moisturizer. I find that a lot of matte primers dry out the skin but this one did not. It also made a beautiful base for applying my foundation.

Next we tried the new Conceal & Hydrate foundation in the color F14. I think my true color may be like a F 13.7 because F14 dries too dark but I found a way to make it work! This foundation reminds me soooo much of the Conceal and Define foundation. However this foundation is way more dewy seeing at though it is formulated for those with drier skin. My first impression was that it went on beautifully but if I was to choose between the Conceal and Define vs the Conceal and Hydrate I would probably go for the Conceal and Define since I have oily skin.

The Conceal and Hydrate Concealer reminded me A LOT of the Conceal and Define. Both go on so smooth and blend out beautifully.

The formula for the Satin Matte lippies was pretty smooth and applied beautifully. I liked Stiletto more than Velvet. I liked the bold color payoff and the creaminess of the formula.
